Fantastic shop - great range of products and amazing service. I have bought several products here for my son and now will not go anywhere else. When there was a problem with one of the products they replaced it and even assembled it and had everything ready for us to pick up the same day. Great customer service.

I wandered into Surfsail on a Saturday morning wondering how windsurfing had changed in the 25 years since I gave it up. It was never my intention, but I walked out with a complete new kit and went sailing that afternoon! Getting back into windsurfing has been awesome, in no small part due to the perfect advice from Satya on all of my purchases (I've been back a few more times......). I cant believe there still exists a shop where I can get expert advice and there is enough stock to walk out with something I can use immediately. Great shop - highly recommended. Website stated free shipping so I placed an order through only to receive a call saying shipping is more expensive than the order itself ($235). Now it will be 1.5 weeks til a refund is issued. Please fix the shipping bug and false information stated on your website.Interesting how in their reply to my review they claim they’ve done nothing wrong on their side, yet shipping was marked as free during checkout and they called me to inform me that their system was “set up in a rush” and it was a mistake on their behalf. Professionalism at its finest!

This may be more than anyone needs to read but the young crew working over Christmas to NYE '22 made a simple surf hat exchange be just that - easy, no judgement and with a better outcome.And honestly, that's enough for 5 Stars if it wasn't for Space Truckin' sound tracking our encounter. Kudos!
