This was the first time I used Windsurfing Perth, just getting back into Windsurfing and I live on the other side of Australia (Cairns Queensland). I rang Saturday morning and they answered every question I asked. I ordered a 2nd hand vest and they sorted the delivery. A photo sent to me at 1pm Qld time on Tuesday to show it's ready to be sent and 330pm Wednesday Qld time it arrived at my door. Excellent service I recommend to anyone

10/08/22 - To reply to your response you made today, that is completely incorrect, there’s a difference between giving advise and being down right rude. I think the owner of the business needs to go take some lessons about customer service - I had only been wind surfing for about a year when I had wrote the original review below and I’ve had far better advise online and talking with the windsurfing community. Hopefully you can take this review humbly and change the way you treat your customersI’m a beginner windsurfer and I went into the store today (20/12/21) as I’ve bought some 2nd hand good nic gear. Shop owner was very disrespectful and wouldn’t help me with the few enquires I had.Hope there’s improvement with customer service. I’ll just stick to online shopping for now.
